NEET question insights

AIandMe connects the NEET syllabus, the chapter and sections you are learning, and real Previous Year Questions from NEET exams. In the application, look for labels such as NEET Practice, NEET Dashboard and Section NEET Dashboard.

For every supported Physics, Chemistry and Biology chapter, AIandMe maps the relevant NEET syllabus items to the chapter sections where you study them. This helps you see your preparation coverage without manually comparing the NEET syllabus, textbook chapters and previous exam questions yourself.

These insights are available for applicable CBSE and NEET students. Mathematics does not show NEET insights, and some Science sections may have no mapped questions.

  1. Understand your preparation coverage

    The NEET Dashboard summarizes the chapter:

    • Total NEET Questions shows how many previous NEET questions are mapped to this chapter for the selected year or years.
    • Of Subject PYQs shows what share of the subject's mapped previous NEET questions comes from this chapter.
    • Topics Covered represents the NEET syllabus items connected to the chapter.
    • Importance compares the chapter's mapped PYQ presence with other chapters in the subject, based on real previous NEET questions.

    Use the available year choices to focus on one mapped year or view the available years together. Not every year is available for every subject and class.

    Changing the year choice changes the past-question information being summarized. It does not change your Study Plan, chapter progress or competency.

    The NEET syllabus items table below the dashboard shows:

    • the relevant chapter section;
    • the NEET syllabus item connected to it;
    • the mapped past NEET question count; and
    • importance.

    Use this information to answer questions such as:

    • Have I covered the NEET syllabus items connected to this chapter?
    • Which section should I revise for a particular syllabus item?
    • Which sections have appeared most often in previous NEET exams?
    • Where should I spend more revision time before moving on?

  2. Understand the section view

    After you open a section, the Section NEET Dashboard can show:

    • Past NEET Questions mapped to the section;
    • the section's share of the chapter's mapped questions;
    • connected syllabus items; and
    • relative Importance.

    Not every section has mapped past questions.

    The chapter and section views answer different questions. The chapter view summarizes the wider chapter. The section view focuses only on the section you opened.

  3. Use Importance carefully

    Importance is a relative signal based on real previous NEET questions mapped by AIandMe. It can help you notice areas that have appeared more often in previous exams.

    It is not an official NTA rating. It does not predict which questions will appear in a future exam. Continue to learn the full syllabus required for your preparation.

    The Low, Medium and High labels beside sections use the same kind of relative past-question signal. They are not a measure of your marks or competency.

  4. View mapped questions

    At section level, View Questions is available where mapped past NEET questions exist. The exact number of mapped questions is shown.

    If you have a NEET plan, View Questions opens the relevant past questions. If you have a CBSE plan, it explains that viewing past NEET questions requires a NEET plan. Your chapter and section insights remain available.

    This action does not create a new AI Practice Test. To create a separate NEET practice test, use Practice With AI.

    Viewing mapped questions also does not mark a Study Plan day Done. Use the Daily Quiz for Study Plan completion, or the Chapter-level Test when you want to check the whole chapter.

The goal is to connect what the NEET syllabus expects you to know, where you learn it in AI Study Room, and how those areas have appeared in actual previous NEET exams.
