What are AI Credits and why does AIandMe use them?
AI Credits are used for AI-powered actions in AIandMe. The AI Credits page shows your current available credits, usage and recent AI Credit activity.
Where can I check how many AI Credits I have left?
Open Learning Insights and choose AI Credits. Credits left now shows your current available balance, along with your current plan and credit information.
Which AIandMe features use AI Credits?
AI Credits can be used for Ask AI, some Practice With AI actions, Mentor AI refreshes and other AI-powered features when available. AIandMe shows the relevant credit information for supported actions.
How can I see how quickly I am using my AI Credits?
The AI Credits page includes usage information that can help you understand your recent pace. Treat it as planning guidance rather than a target for how many credits you should use each day.
What happens to my AI Credits if an AI action cannot complete?
Your AI Credit activity can show Returned when an AI attempt could not complete and no credits were charged. Check the activity status in AIandMe for the action you attempted.
Why might an AI-powered feature sometimes be unavailable?
AIandMe may show an AI Credit or availability message when an AI-powered action cannot currently be used. Follow the current message shown in the application. Non-AI learning and review can remain available while AI-powered actions are unavailable.
