Terms and Conditions
Agreement to these Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of AIandMe, including public pages, accounts, study features, practice features, AI credits, paid plans, and support interactions.
“AIandMe” means the AIandMe platform and services operated by CEIPL. References to “AIandMe”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean AIandMe.
By accessing or using AIandMe, creating an account, signing in, starting a paid plan, purchasing paid access, renewing a subscription, using AI credits, or continuing to use the service after these Terms are updated, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from these Terms.
If you do not agree, you should not use AIandMe or purchase paid access.
If the user is under 18, the person creating or using the account confirms that the required parent or lawful guardian permission or attestation has been provided where applicable.
India-only availability and territorial limits
AIandMe is currently intended for users located in India. Paid availability, pricing, taxes, invoices, payment methods, support, and legal workflows are designed for India-first use.
AIandMe may restrict, suspend, or decline access where use appears to be outside the supported territory, where local law creates operational risk, or where AIandMe cannot lawfully or practically provide the service.
Eligibility, accounts, and minors
You must provide accurate account, contact, class, curriculum, exam, and billing information where requested. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
AIandMe is built for school students, including users who may be under 18. Under-18 users must use AIandMe only with parent or lawful guardian involvement, permission, and supervision as required by applicable law and family rules.
Parent and guardian representations for under-18 use
If you are a parent or lawful guardian allowing a student to use AIandMe, you represent that you have authority to permit the student's use, provide or approve the student's information, supervise the student's learning use, and make or authorize purchases for the student where paid plans are used.
By registering, the person creating the account confirms that required parent or lawful guardian permission or attestation has been provided where applicable. This is a launch-level attestation; AIandMe does not currently verify parent identity or operate a verified parental-consent workflow.
Parents and lawful guardians are responsible for supervising under-18 student use and reviewing these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Billing Terms, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and AI Disclaimer before allowing under-18 use.
Description of services and no exam-outcome guarantee
AIandMe is an India-first AI-enabled educational support platform for students.
AIandMe may provide AI Study Room features, Practice With AI features, AI Practice Tests, Learning Insights, AI credits, plan and billing information, and related support.
AIandMe supports study and practice. It is not a school, coaching institute, examination authority, teacher substitute, admissions consultant, medical adviser, or legal adviser.
AIandMe does not guarantee marks, ranks, NEET success, admission, selection, scholarship, improvement, school result, exam result, or any academic outcome. Your results depend on many factors outside AIandMe's control.
Acceptable and prohibited use
Your use must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use AIandMe for unlawful activity, cheating, impersonation, harassment, abuse, exploitation, safety-system bypass, malware, phishing, credential theft, unauthorized scraping, or uploading content you do not have rights to use.
AIandMe may moderate, restrict, suspend, or terminate use when the service is misused or when safety, legal, operational, payment, or integrity concerns arise.
Paid plans, auto-renewal, and cancellation
Paid plans, billing cycles, renewal terms, cancellation handling, access duration, payment failures, tax handling, invoices, and payment support are governed by the Billing Terms and the plan information shown at purchase time.
Where a plan renews automatically, you authorize AIandMe or its payment partner to charge the selected payment method according to the displayed renewal terms until you cancel or renewal fails.
Cancellation normally stops the next renewal. It does not automatically create a refund, credit note, or cash payout unless the Refund Policy, Billing Terms, displayed purchase terms, or applicable law require it.
AI credits
AI credits may be used for AI-enabled features. Credit availability, grants, usage, expiry, replenishment, reversal, and plan limits are governed by the Billing Terms and the product rules shown to you.
AI credits are not cash, wallet balance, stored value, legal tender, transferable money, a bank product, or a prepaid payment instrument. They cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed for cash, or used outside AIandMe unless AIandMe expressly says otherwise.
User submissions and license to operate the service
You may submit account information, profile information, study inputs, uploaded materials, questions, answers, practice responses, support messages, payment information through payment partners, and other content.
You retain ownership of content that you own. You give AIandMe a limited license to host, process, transmit, analyze, transform, display, and use your submissions as needed to operate, secure, improve, support, and enforce the service.
You must not upload or submit content unless you have the right to do so and unless the content is lawful, appropriate for student learning, and consistent with the Acceptable Use Policy.
AIandMe IP and content ownership
AIandMe owns or licenses the product design, workflows, prompts, instructions, software, page structure, service logic, branding, documentation, and original materials it creates.
AIandMe does not claim ownership of third-party content, textbook content, exam authority content, school material, user-owned submissions, or provider-owned model technology merely because those materials may be referenced, processed, or linked through the service.
You may use AIandMe only for personal educational use unless AIandMe separately agrees in writing.
Third-party services and AI providers
AIandMe is not a foundation-model company. AIandMe may use third-party AI models, APIs, payment partners, hosting providers, analytics tools, communication services, and operational vendors to provide the service.
AIandMe may rely on third-party AI providers, payment processors such as Razorpay, cloud infrastructure, communication services, analytics tools, security vendors, and support tools.
Third-party services may process information as needed to provide AIandMe features. Their availability, latency, security posture, model behavior, payment settlement, or service errors may affect your experience.
AI outputs from third-party AI providers may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, non-deterministic, or similar to outputs given to other users.
Suspension, restriction, and termination
AIandMe may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts or access where there is suspected misuse, payment failure, chargeback, abusive conduct, unlawful activity, safety risk, account sharing, policy violation, operational risk, or legal requirement.
AIandMe may preserve records or disclose information where reasonably required for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or enforcement.
Disclaimers and warranties
AIandMe is provided for educational support on an as-available basis. AIandMe does not promise uninterrupted service, error-free features, perfect AI accuracy, specific learning results, or compatibility with every device, network, browser, curriculum, school, exam, or payment method.
Nothing in these Terms excludes obligations, warranties, liabilities, or remedies that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIandMe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, loss of profits, loss of data, academic outcomes, exam outcomes, admission outcomes, or reliance on AI output.
This limitation does not limit liability where mandatory law does not permit limitation, including any rights available to consumers under applicable Indian law.
Changes to terms
AIandMe may update these Terms and related policies from time to time as the product, legal requirements, billing implementation, safety practices, or provider relationships change. Changes are effective when posted on AIandMe, unless a later effective date is stated. Please review the Terms and policies periodically.
Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. For material changes, AIandMe may notify you through the app, email, support messages, or another reasonable method where appropriate or required.
Some future changes may require renewed acceptance, but no reacceptance workflow is implemented in this launch slice. The public page will show the current version and last updated date.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to mandatory consumer rights and any non-excludable forum rights under applicable law, courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to AIandMe.
Grievance and contact placeholders
For support, billing, refund, privacy, safety, or grievance requests, contact AIandMe through the support or contact path provided in the product or on the AIandMe website.
AIandMe may add a more specific grievance officer, support email, postal address, or escalation workflow when those contact details are finalized.
