Billing Terms
Prices, currency, and India-only billing
AIandMe paid plans are currently designed for India-first availability. Prices are expected to be shown in Indian Rupees unless AIandMe expressly supports another currency.
“AIandMe” means the AIandMe platform and services operated by CEIPL. References to “AIandMe”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean AIandMe.
Plan names, prices, included features, AI credit grants, validity, renewal terms, taxes, and billing document availability are governed by the purchase flow and plan information shown at the time of purchase.
Taxes and GST
Prices may include or exclude taxes depending on the purchase flow, legal requirements, and billing implementation. GST treatment may depend on AIandMe's registration status, transaction type, buyer details, place of supply, and applicable law.
The amount displayed at checkout is the total amount you authorize for that payment. The purchase summary and billing document represent the applicable tax treatment for that payment.
AIandMe may describe a public price as GST-inclusive only when the current validated pricing contract for that plan and payment option states that GST is inclusive. If that authority is missing, inconsistent, or not inclusive, the public page must not claim that GST is included.
Where a GST invoice is legally required and supported by the billing implementation, AIandMe will provide a GST invoice within the legally required period. AIandMe's operational target is to make GST invoices available within 30 days or earlier where legally required.
AIandMe does not list a GSTIN on this page unless and until the legally reviewed billing implementation requires and supports it.
Upfront and recurring payment options
An annual upfront plan is one payment for 12 months of access. A quarterly upfront plan is one payment for three months of access. Upfront plans do not renew automatically and end after their displayed access period.
A monthly recurring plan is charged monthly as part of the current 12-month programme, with a maximum of 12 scheduled payments. A quarterly recurring plan is charged every three months as part of the current 12-month programme, with a maximum of four scheduled payments. A half-yearly recurring plan is charged every six months as part of the current 12-month programme, with a maximum of two scheduled payments.
Current recurring plans do not continue beyond the displayed 12-month programme or their maximum scheduled payment count. AIandMe does not promise a future renewal, extension, or automatic replacement plan after that programme ends.
Recurring charge authorization and cancellation
When you select a recurring plan, you authorize AIandMe or its payment partner to charge your selected payment method at the displayed monthly, three-month, or six-month frequency, subject to the programme limit and maximum payment count shown before payment.
You may schedule cancellation of a recurring plan before its next payment. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Current paid access generally continues until that period expires, subject to payment, account, plan, and applicable-term status.
Cancellation stops future scheduled payments. It does not automatically refund the current payment, create another paid period, or create another scheduled plan-cycle credit grant. Refund eligibility remains governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Failed, declined, or reversed payments
If a payment fails, is declined, is reversed, is charged back, is suspected as fraudulent, or is not confirmed by the payment partner, AIandMe may withhold activation, suspend access, reverse credits, restrict features, request a new payment, or preserve records for dispute handling.
Payment confirmation and refund settlement may depend on banks, UPI providers, card networks, wallets, payment gateways, or other payment partners.
Razorpay and payment partner processing
AIandMe may use Razorpay or other payment partners to process payments, mandates, refunds, payment status, and payment references.
Payment partners may collect and process payment information according to their own terms, privacy practices, security obligations, and legal duties. AIandMe does not store full card details unless a supported payment partner and applicable law allow a specific tokenized or delegated flow.
AI credits
AI credits are a product usage unit for AI-enabled features. They are not cash, wallet balance, stored value, legal tender, transferable money, a prepaid payment instrument, or a bank product.
AI credits cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed for cash, withdrawn, or used outside AIandMe unless AIandMe expressly says otherwise.
AI credit grants, usage, expiry, reversal, forfeiture, replenishment, and limits may vary by plan and may be affected by cancellation, refund approval, misuse, payment reversal, or account termination.
Refund accounting and credit notes
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy, purchase terms, these Billing Terms, and applicable law.
Where a refund is approved, AIandMe may issue a credit note, adjust billing records, reverse credits, expire credits, or change access where appropriate and legally required. An approved preserve decision may instead leave access or remaining credits unchanged. The governed refund decision controls those effects.
Pricing changes and notice
AIandMe may change prices, included features, AI credit grants, renewal terms, taxes, or plan structure. Changes may apply to future purchases or renewals after notice through the product, email, support message, or another reasonable channel where appropriate.
