Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund are different
Cancellation stops a future renewal or future paid term where the plan supports cancellation. A refund returns money for an eligible payment after review and approval.
“AIandMe” means the AIandMe platform and services operated by CEIPL. References to “AIandMe”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean AIandMe.
Cancelling a plan does not automatically create a refund, cash payout, credit note, or reversal of consumed AI credits unless the purchase terms, this Refund Policy, the Billing Terms, or applicable law require it.
Upfront plans
Annual and quarterly upfront plans are paid once for the displayed access period. They do not renew automatically, so there is no future renewal to cancel. Ending use before the access period expires does not automatically create a refund.
Recurring plan cancellation
Monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly recurring plans may be scheduled for cancellation. Cancellation stops future scheduled payments and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Access generally remains available until that paid period expires, subject to the Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, payment status, account status, and plan rules.
Cancellation does not automatically refund the current payment, create another paid period, or create another scheduled plan-cycle credit grant.
No routine pro-rata refund
AIandMe does not promise routine pro-rated refunds for partial months, partial years, unused days, unused features, changed mind, non-use, exam schedule changes, school changes, or partially consumed services.
Any refund decision may consider payment status, access already provided, AI credits granted or used, product usage, support evidence, duplicate payment evidence, legal requirements, and whether the request is exceptional.
Credits and partially consumed services
AI credits are not cash, wallet balance, stored value, legal tender, transferable money, or redeemable money. Unused or partially used AI credits do not automatically create a refund entitlement.
Where a refund is approved, the governed refund decision may end or change access linked to the refunded payment, reverse or expire remaining credits granted by that payment, adjust plan status, or issue a credit note where appropriate and legally required.
An approved preserve exception may leave access or remaining credits unchanged when the refund decision explicitly preserves that entitlement. Not every approved refund ends access or reverses credits. Used credits do not become cash or create a separate refund entitlement, and historical billing and usage records remain part of the account record.
Exceptional refund grounds
AIandMe may consider refunds in exceptional cases such as duplicate payment, wrong charge caused by a technical issue, payment captured without plan activation, materially incorrect billing, certain unresolved service-access failures, or other cases required by applicable law.
Refund requests may be declined where the paid term was available, AI credits or features were materially used, the issue is outside AIandMe's control, evidence is insufficient, or the request does not meet the applicable criteria.
Refund request process
To request a refund, contact AIandMe through the support or refund request path provided in the product or on the AIandMe website. Provide the account email, payment reference, plan, reason, and any supporting evidence.
AIandMe may ask for additional information before deciding a request. Missing or inaccurate information may delay review.
Approved refund timing
If a refund is approved and AIandMe has the information required to process it, AIandMe will target initiating the approved refund within 21 days after approval and receipt of required information.
Actual settlement to your account depends on the bank, payment gateway, card network, UPI provider, wallet provider, or payment method, and may take longer than AIandMe's initiation target.
Payment partner and bank limits
Refund processing may be subject to payment partner rules, failed or reversed transactions, chargebacks, fraud checks, bank holidays, method limits, expired payment instruments, or other payment network restrictions.
No payment behavior change
This page is informational. It does not itself reverse a payment, change access, change credits, create GST invoices, create credit notes, or alter payment-provider behavior.
