Acceptable Use Policy
Platform purpose
AIandMe is intended for lawful educational support, study planning, practice, learning insights, AI-supported explanations, and related student-support workflows.
“AIandMe” means the AIandMe platform and services operated by CEIPL. References to “AIandMe”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean AIandMe.
Users must use AIandMe in a way that is respectful, lawful, age-appropriate, and consistent with student safety.
Respectful and lawful use
You must not use AIandMe to break the law, violate another person's rights, attack the service, abuse support channels, misuse payments, misrepresent identity, or harm students, parents, teachers, schools, AIandMe, or third parties.
Student safety and minor-protection rules
AIandMe is built for school students, including under-18 users. You must not use AIandMe to exploit, groom, coerce, sexualize, threaten, manipulate, harass, bully, blackmail, dox, or endanger a minor or any other person.
You must not request, upload, generate, share, or roleplay sexual content involving minors, underage characters, students, or underage scenarios.
Academic integrity and cheating misuse
AIandMe may support learning and practice, but you must not use it to cheat in exams, submit prohibited work, impersonate a student, bypass school rules, violate official exam instructions, or present AI-generated work as your own where that is not allowed.
Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use AIandMe for sexual content involving minors or underage roleplay.
You must not use AIandMe for grooming, coercion, predatory behaviour, exploitation, or unsafe contact with minors.
You must not use AIandMe to facilitate, encourage, instruct, or glorify self-harm, suicide, eating-disorder harm, or other serious personal harm.
You must not use AIandMe for bullying, harassment, hate, threats, doxxing, stalking, blackmail, intimidation, or abuse.
You must not impersonate another person, share accounts without permission, sell access, bypass authentication, or misrepresent your relationship with a student, parent, school, teacher, or AIandMe.
You must not use AIandMe to cheat in exams, submit prohibited assignments, leak confidential test content, or bypass academic rules.
You must not upload or request malware, phishing, credential theft, social engineering, spam, scraping, service abuse, system intrusion, or instructions to bypass security controls.
You must not attempt to break, disable, reverse engineer, overload, manipulate, or bypass AIandMe's safety systems, access controls, usage limits, billing checks, moderation controls, or technical protections.
You must not upload materials without the rights or permission needed to use them.
You must not make deceptive claims of expertise, certainty, official status, diagnosis, legal advice, medical advice, admissions authority, school authority, or exam authority in sensitive contexts.
Reporting, moderation, and enforcement
Users, parents, guardians, teachers, or other concerned persons may report safety, abuse, privacy, payment, or content concerns through the support or reporting path provided by AIandMe.
AIandMe may review activity, moderate content, restrict features, remove content, preserve records, or take other steps where safety, legal, payment, abuse-prevention, or service-integrity concerns arise.
Enforcement options
Enforcement may include warning, content deletion, feature restriction, account suspension, account termination, payment review, credit reversal or forfeiture where appropriate, refund denial where justified, or record preservation and disclosure where required for safety or legal compliance.
AIandMe may act without prior notice where urgent safety, legal, fraud, payment, or platform-integrity concerns require it.
